The Savannah Dance Festival

Welcome to the 3rd annual Savannah Dance Festival (SDF), featuring the RSC Open Smooth Championship. Home of history, romance and southern hospitality, SDF will be the place for you to start off your happy dancing New Year 2013!

SDF proudly offers the RSC Open Smooth Championship. Rising Star Bronze level dancers battle it out for top honors. The winners will be honored at the RSC Grand Finale held in Atlanta in October 2013. In addition, SDF will continue to offer something for everyone! From freestyle single dance entries and multi-dance challenges in all styles, to closed scholarships, solos and showdances in all styles for our pro-am competitors. For our Rising Star and Novice professional dancers, SDF has American Rhythm, American Smooth and Showdance divisions.

With festivities from ghost tours, and the beautiful River Walk shopping and restaurants on Friday night, beautiful dancing on Saturday, and special RSF attention given to ALL competitors and teachers, SDF promises to bring you a fun-filled weekend of dance you won't want to miss! With over 20 years of competition experience, we'll make YOU the star! See you on the dance floor!

Experience "Pasión de Baile"

Sizzling show full of passion and fire with Latin rhythms, spicy attitude & colorful costuming . From sultry rumbas and hot cha-chas, to sassy foxtrots and upbeat tangos, this show will set your soul on fire! Doors open at 8:00pm! Tickets purchased online may be picked up at the Savannah Dance Festival registration desk on January 26, from 8am-8pm.
